It’s back! Microsoft is running its annual Shocktober sales. This sale features a large amount of horror themed games. This year, both Xbox Live Gold and Silver members can take advantage of these scary good savings. These sales run from today until October 31 at 7:00 PM EDT. Below is a sampling of the sales for Xbox One, check the Xbox Store for even more deals and for Xbox 360 pricing. Also, during this sale all metallic finishes (D-pads and triggers) on Xbox controllers in the Xbox Design Lab are free.   • Crypt of the NecroDancer — A roguelike, rhythmic dungeon exploration game, in which players will need to find their inner rock star and move to the music and deliver beat-downs to the beat.   • Dead by Daylight: Special Edition — A multiplayer horror game where one player spawns as the savage Killer with the sole goal of capturing, torturing and killing the other four players. The four players that assume the role of the Survivors are simply looking to escape the Killer and avoid death.   • Don’t Knock Twice — A first-person horror game based on the movie of the same title. A mother must search a manor for her estranged daughter.   • Goosebumps: The Game — Based on classic R.L. Stine series, this action adventure game has you investigating your area and solving puzzles to find out why your neighborhood is overrun with monsters. Was $14.99, is now $3.75
  • How To Survive 2 — Take on zombies in Louisiana with up to four friends online or via local co-op in this follow up to the original. Players will have to find all they need to survive from the world around them including food, water and shelter. Of course, killing the zombies is also a requirement of the game.   • Kholat — This game is based on real life events that occurred on the Diatlov Pass over 58 years ago. It is narrated by Sean Bean and features an open world for players to explore as they attempt to discover the answer to the mystery behind what happened.   • Knock-Knock — Play as a third generation Lodger who must survive the night despite the walls undulating, unknown skittering, and a growl from the attic.   • Victor Vran — Players become Victor, a hunter of demons, as they work to free the city of Zagoravia from its demon infestation.
