Just as the Borderlands fanbase was starting to experience widespread joy puke withdrawals, Telltale Games announced the next episode of Tales from the Borderlands and singlehandedly cured an epidemic. Episode 3: Catch a Ride will continue from the last episode’s cliffhanger, as Rhys and Fiona (plus Handsome Jack) make their daring escape after finding mysterious piece of Atlas technology. With the evil criminal “Queenpin” Vallory now added to the list of maniacs chasing them, the gang’s search for the Vault is only getting more dangerous. Episode 3 will be available on Xbox platforms the week of June 23 for $4.99 or as part of the season pass. Check out some new screenshots after the jump.
So far Telltale’s Game of Thrones series has had more than its fair share of adventure, intrigue and death – and it’s only at the halfway point. Episode 4: Sons of Winter will be out next week to continue the tragic saga of House Forrester. Whether it be Gared’s journey beyond The Wall, or Asher’s infiltration of Meereen, or Mira’s political workings in a very turbulent King’s Landing, every member is playing their part to prevent their House’s demise. The episode will be out May 27 on Xbox consoles for $4.99, and as always it comes as part of the season pass. Check out the launch trailer after the jump.

Game of Thrones Episode 3: The Sword in the Darkness was developed and published on Xbox One and Xbox 360 by Telltale Games. It was released March 25, 2015 for $4.99. A copy was provided by Telltale for review purposes.
Where Episode 1 and Episode 2 of Telltale Games’ Game of Thrones adaptation gave us a slow but intriguing insight into what the series might have in store for us, Episode 3: The Sword in the Darkness is somewhat lacking in the same kind of peril, intrigue and action that fans of the epic novels have come to expect.
The third entry of Telltale Games’ six-part Game of Thrones saga is out today. The Sword in the Darkness continues to follow House Forrester as their path only gets darker. The Whitehill occupation of Ironrath continues, and members of the family will do whatever it takes to save their house. Asher seeks an army in Mereen, Mira is handling politics in King’s Landing and Gared must head north of The Wall. Every character will be facing new dangers, as seen in the trailer below. The episode is available now on Xbox 360 and Xbox One for $4.99, or as part of the season pass.
Don’t miss our reviews of the first two episodes.

Tales from the Borderlands: Atlas Mugged developed by Telltale Games and published on Xbox 360 and Xbox One by 2k Games. It was released March 18, 2015 for $4.99. A copy was provided by Telltale for review purposes.
Atlas Mugged happens to be a big milestone for Telltale Games: this is their 100th episode across all series.
Atlas Mugged shows that Tales from the Borderlands is here to stay by continuing a precedent of uber-awesomeness. It delivers more great performances, more laugh-out-loud moments, more crazy action sequences and more Loaderbot. It’s more Tales from the Borderlands, and boy is that a wonderful thing.
Choice is everything in episodic titles from Telltale Games like Game of Thrones. Players make decisions in conversation trees and during action sequences that affect how the remainder of a season will play out. At least, that’s how it’s supposed to work.
But for some players of Game of Thrones Episode 2: The Lost Lords, in-game choices aren’t amounting to much. Some copies of The Lost Lords for Xbox One are plagued by an issue preventing players’ choice data from migrating across episodes.
“We are aware of an issue with the Xbox One version of Game of Thrones – Episode 2: The Lost Lords, where customers’ choice data may not carry over correctly from Episode 1,” Telltale wrote on its forums. “We are working to determine the cause and will update here as soon as we have more information to share. We appreciate your patience and want to get you playing with your choices intact as soon as possible.”
That forum post was made on February 4 when the game was released. Today, Telltale posted an update explaining that it had submitted a patch it believes will resolve the issue to Microsoft for certification. The studio estimates this patch will be available within the next seven to 10 days.
