As we reported early last week, Double Fine Productions unveiled its sequel to Double Fine Happy Action Theater via a nearly 40-minute livestream over at GiantBomb on Friday. Like the game that came before it, the sequel will focus on Kinect-based mini-games that put the player(s) in wild and crazy situations (say, for example, turning yourself into a fire-breathing dragon and demolishing a city).

Sega has announced it will bring nine titles to the Penny Arcade Expo (better known as PAX Prime) later this month – one of which has yet to be announced. All nine titles will be playable at the festival. Hit the jump for the games we know will be there, some of which include forthcoming XBLA titles.
Development studio Double Fine will unveil a sequel to its February Kinect title Happy Action Theater on Friday, if a tweet from Giantbomb co-founder Ryan Davis Monday afternoon is to be believed. Davis had this to say:

If one were to wonder what SouthEnd’s follow-up to 2010’s cute-as-a-button ilomilo would be, their first guess might not have been a colorful side-scrolling beat-em-up in the same vein as Golden Axe or Castle Crashers. That’s just what the developer is serving up, however, as it’s just announced it will release Sacred Citadel on XBLA, PSN and PC in 2013.
Since it first hit XBLA in 2008, Castle Crashers has consistently been one of the better-selling titles on the service and arguably resurrected the side-scrolling brawler for a new generation single-handedly. The game’s also held a steady place on the XBLA leaderboards, and currently approaches the three million milestone.
The long-awaited third chapter Penny Arcade’s XBLA RPG series, On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness, finally hit XBLIG to generally positive reviews June 29. Now, just a little over a month out from the game’s release, news has begun to trickle out about the game’s first DLC pack.
