Earlier this month, 505 Games released a brief “Hit List” video for it’s new Naughty Bear title, Panic in Paradise, depicting just a half-minute of the titular fluffy psychopath marking off the first entry in a 10-entry kill list. The second, viewable above, was released last week.

This second video features Naughty Bear taking botanist bear Pudding and dispatching of it by way of a enormous, carnivorous (or is it? They’re not really made of meat, after all) plant. That leaves eight more names on the list, each entry of which will likely yield its own brief clip before the follow-up hits XBLA and PSN in October.

The original Naughty Bear (a full retail title) was almost universally reviled by critics when it was released in 2010, with a 43 percent rating on Metacritic. Reports from E3 suggest some of the issues the original had may have been fixed, but if those improvements are enough to net the game a better reception than its predecessor remains to be seen.

Naughty Bear: Panic in Paradise will hit XBLA and PSN this fall for an as-yet-unknown price.
