Hot on the heels of announcing a release date and price, Marvelous Entertainment has detailed some of the changes we’ll see to the XBLA release of Half-Minute Hero. Rather Half-Minute Hero: Super Mega Neo Climax to give the game its full name.

The most notable change to the game is a brand new high def visual style. Gamepro got a early peak at the game and describe the graphics as “more in line with the flat, construction paper stylings of South Park”. Quite the change from the original PSP games 8-bit inspired visuals. For those not too enamoured with the new style there’s no need to fret as the option to play using the retro graphics will be available.

Awesomenauts is game to that grabs your attention. Any company brave enough to put the word awesome in the title of their game deserves a following in our opinion. The game comes from Romino Games, the company behind the side-scrolling RTS Swords & Soldiers. We don’t know much about it yet, just that it’s an multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) game, which we assume means something akin to Super Smash Bros Brawl. Digital Reality announced today their new upcoming air-racing game, SkyDrift coming out this Summer on XBLA. SkyDrift has you racing alongside various other planes while battling with weapons to help you along the race. Your goal is “if you can’t overtake, shoot them down!” which are great words of advice for the single-player and multiplayer modes. SNK and Bouken’s upcoming title Trouble Witches Neo Episode 1 Daughters of AMALGAM has finally been priced and dated. This new title will be hitting XBLA April 27, 2011 for a MSRP of 800MSP.

Trouble Witches Neo is 2-D side scrolling shooter meant for hardcore gamers despite its cute appearance. Players have eight maid-witches to choose from, each with a little bit different handling and shooting style. One thing that will set this game apart from the rest is the ability to perform alchemy. Each witch has the ability to cast a magic barrier that transforms bullets into gold which then can be spent at the pumpkin shops to buy magic cards. Each magic card can be used to unlock a special ability to help you through you battle.
