The Dishwasher: Vampire Smile
Developer: Ska Studios
The followup to 2009?s Dead Samurai, The Dishwasher: Vampire Smile is a combo-fueled, fast-paced, stylistic 2D action platformer that features the series’ staple gritty, graphic novel-inspired art style, built on a brand new engine that allows for an even more visually gruesome experience.
Developer: Runic Games
Torchlight is an action role-playing-game currently for PC and Mac. Set in the mining town of Torchlight, players will adventure to uncover the mysteries of the Ember mines. It offers a fully featured character leveling system, randomized dungeons, hordes of monsters, and gobs of great loot. It plays very similar to Diablo II.
Trine 2 is a 3d scrolling platform action adventure puzzle game that is extremely colorful and has a great medieval presentation. It is the sequel to Trine which was released on the PC and PlayStation Network. It is currently being produced by Finnish game company Frozenbyte.
Warp is one of the biggest secrets that seems to be coming out on XBLA. All that is currently known about the game is what Trapdoor, the company behind the game has said about it. Warp™ is a sci-fi stealth action game unlike any you’ve seen before.” We are going to have to wait until PAX East 2011 it seems for more information.
Wildlife: Forest Survival
Players are pitted against each other in a real game of survival in the forest. Players get to choose between 4 different animals that have different strengths and weaknesses and have to battle in a real survival of the fittest in a 12 player match online. Will you take the cute and cuddly rabbit, outsmart someone with the fox, dive down on your prey as a hawk, or just wait for them to come to you as a gator?
Is a remake of the classic Atari 2600 game of the same title. The game is offering both single player, and local co-op content. Not much is known as producer of the game, Killspace Entertainment hasn’t released much beyond that. The screens that have been released are beautiful.
A virtual version of the popular board game, announced over 3 years ago and finally seeing release. Players take turns trying to reach a heli-pad to escape a massive zombie hoard (sound familiar?) or kill 25 zombies. Definitely a title to look forward to for late night XBLA parties.
