What a week it has been, tons of reviews, all sorts of new release dates, upcoming games and updates announced. I’m not even going to waste any of your time, let’s jump right into this week’s Sunday Roundup.


Aven Colony
A new sci-fi city-sim being developed by Mothership Entertainment is now being published by Team17 (Worms, The Escapist) and should be hitting the market place in Q2 2017.


Crypt of the NecroDancer
A new roguelike that is also a rhythm game, that has you killing monsters to beat, developed by Brace Yourself Games and releasing on February 10th for $14.99.


Death Squared
A new box puzzler from SMG Studio for 1, 2 or 4 players, due out sometime in Q1 2017.

Starting Februaury 23rd, Perfect World will start an agressive weekly update plan. In the first update we get a new here: Zandora, a new competeitive leaderboard and a new skin for the afore mentioned new hero.


Guns, Gore & Cannoli 2
The sequel to 2015’s hit, which we gave a Buy It is hitting Xbox one later this year.

Cloaked_Ascendancy_HighRez_noD&Dlogo
Neverwinter
The Cloaked Ascendancy is the next expansion pack coming from Perfect World Entertainment for their free-to-play MMO. This newest expansion picks up after Storm King’s Thunder and introduces The River District. Perfect World will also be adding a new skirmish and bring back the Spellplague Caverns to use to level your characters.


Pit People
The Behemoth (Castle Crashers, Battleblock Theater) have announced the Home Improvement update, which will be available on Valentine’s day, February 14th. This new update brings with it a multitude of new things, from bug fixes and menu changes to rebalancing and adding 100’s of possible names including Muscley Nipples. Shift Happens
A unique co-op puzzle-platform adventure being made by Deck13 has an official release date of February 22nd, 2017.


Skylar & Plux: Adventure on Clover Island
Grip Digital brings us a new trailer for their upcoming 3D “classic” platformer that’s all about the gadgets, you can expect to see this one out next month in March.


Vertical Drop Heroes HD
A widely popular webgame is getting a Hd remake and now had a release date and price. The procedurally generated platformer will be available on Xbox One February 17th for $7.99, you can save 10% if you preorder.


Yooka-Laylee
This new 3D action platformer from Playtonic games has gone gold, that means that it has been approved and will be on time for its April 11th release.
