A slightly quieter end to the first week in May, with just two new indie games releasing on the Xbox One store. First up we have Bit Dungeon Plus from Dolores Entertainment and priced at $6.99. After being captured by demons, players must explore randomized dungeons and hack and slash their way through dangerous bosses in search of your beloved friend. The game features an increasing difficulty and roguelike elements as you build your own character.
Today’s other release is Dreamfall Chapters, a narrative adventure from Red Thread Games and Deep Silver. The game is about choices and consequences, dreams and reality, magic and science, chaos and order, and the broken heroes whose actions will shape the course of history in all worlds. Previously released on PC in instalments, the Xbox One edition provides the full game experience with reworked character models, improved animations, lightning and special effects. Pick it up for $29.99.
Lastly, Paladins, the free-to-play team shooter, came out of beta earlier this week and to celebrate we’re giving away a special Conjuration skin for flank champion, Evie.
