Hawken, the upcoming mech title from Adhesive Games, is no longer Xbox-bound. Adhesive announced today that the title will head exclusively to the PC as a free-to-play game in December of this year. It will be published by Meteor Entertainment, which is actually a division of Adhesive.

Kung-Fu Strike: The Warrior’s Rise has been officially rated by the ESRB. Due to the games animated blood and violence, the title received a “Teen” rating.
For those unfamiliar with Kung-Fu Strike: The Warrior’s Rise, the title is an action-fighting game where players take control of a kung-fu master as he embarks on a quest to test his fighting skills. Players will use various punches, kicks, and combo attacks to defeat enemy combatants. According to a screenshot of the main menu, the game appears as though it will have multiplayer, leaderboards and downloadable content. No official release date has been revealed.

Yet another indie developer has berated the design of the new Xbox Dashboard. Comments from Kris Steele, developer of Hypership Out of Control, echo those from a long line of indie developers who have expressed concern over the new dashboard, most of whom claim Microsoft has effectively “buried” Xbox Live Indie Games.
In a heated blog-post, Steele analysed sales data from two of his games available on XBLIG; Hypership Out of Control – released in 2010 – and its sequel, Hypership Still Out of Control – released January of this year with Microsoft’s new dashboard in effect.
