Two Xbox One indies launch today plus another stealth Thursday release in the form of Blue Rider from Ravegan. Details are thin but expect an action-packed game of the shoot-em-up genre inspired by old classic arcades. It’s on sale for the next two weeks for $7.99 and $9.99 thereafter.
Next we have Death God University from DSK Green Ice Games priced at $9.99. Here players can take on the role of a student studying to become a death god assistant in this 3D point and click adventure. Players will need to collect souls of targets assigned to him by the teachers in order to get graduated and pass to the next class. Of course to get their soul you also need to kill the target using various items, deadly traps, decoy devices and the environment to your advantage.
Finally, sticking with the death theme Manual Samuel released today from Perfectly Paranormal and Curve Digital. After making a deal with Death, spoiled rich-kid Samuel must survive for 24 hours controlling his entire body manually. From breathing and blinking to driving and working, all these tasks will fall to you. This classic adventure game with a twist comes with local two-player co-op and is also on sale for it’s first two weeks in the store at $7.99 then rising to $9.99.
