Today saw the release of Necropolis, the newest 3D action rogue-like game on Xbox One. The game was developed by Harebrained Schemes and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. This is the developer’s first Xbox One release and is known for making Shadowrun Returns.
Players will explore an ever-changing dungeon with friends and family in Necropolis. The game has two to four player online co-op to encourage cooperation to make it through the dungeon. Players will discover new enemies almost as often as they find new treasure, traps and locations. Like the majority of rogue-likes Necropolis has permadeath so a deep understanding of the combat system and enemy attack patterns is necessary to advance through the game.
