Episode one of Minecraft: Story mode will be released digitally worldwide on October 13 for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and Mac. While iOS and Android will receive their versions on October 15. There will also be a physical disc release on October 27 that will automatically update with the latest episodes as they are released.

The first installment of this episodic saga will be Order of the Stone where you will get to choose the gender of the protagonist Jesse.
