As many of you know, California has been in a huge battle with the video game industry for 6 years now. They have been trying to make it against the law to sell “ultra violent video games” to minors. Lawyers have been battling it out, trying to prove why they believe it should or shouldn’t exist. This law was shot down in the lower courts, hence why it ended up in Supreme Court.
