Minecraft: Story Mode – Season 2 kicks off in just a few days on July 11. Telltale has finally decided to let us have a glimpse and released the first trailer highlighting Episode 1: Hero in Residence.

From the new trailer, we know Jesse is back and apparently has her hand stuck in some gauntlet. Our old friend Petra is back, and we meet a couple of new characters, Jack and Nurm. Together they find a city under water and must unravel its secrets.

Hopefully Telltale can pull it together in this five-part series and not leave people feeling mixed like they did with the first season. You can read our own Nathan Bowring’s review of all seven episodes by clicking here.
