The rumored Battle: LA has now been confirmed for Xbox Live Arcade. Set for a release sometime in March the game, much like the movie it is based on, revolves around humanity’s final struggle against an alien invasion. Judging by the trailer the game seems to be joining games like Section 8: Prejudice in setting a new visual benchmark for downloadable shooters. The game is being developed by Live Action Studios and published by Konami.
