Assault Android Cactus is a twin-stick shooter in which you play as a battery-powered killing machine. While blasting through scores of enemies you’ll constantly drain energy, eventually dying if you run out of power. The only way to stay in the game is to keep an eye out for batteries dropped by downed baddies. The 25-level campaign tells the story of Junior Constable Cactus as she tries to take back her space freighter from a legion of rogue robot workers. The fight continues through numerous extra modes, including a Boss Rush and the never-ending wave-based Infinity Drive. The game features nine playable androids, each with a unique loadout featuring an infinite-ammo primary weapon and a powerful secondary attack on a cooldown, and is playable with up to four players.

Assault Android Cactus launches alongside the Xbox One X on November 7. While playable on a standard Xbox One, it will deliver an enhanced 4K 60fps experience on the new console. A free 30-minute trial will also be available to download so you can try before you buy.
