Wolf Among Us season pass holders can now play Episode 2
The second episode of The Wolf Among Us released on Wednesday, but a major issue prevented season pass holders from getting their game. Telltale released a new statement last night, shedding some light on the issue. For now, the bug still lies in the game. Telltale and Microsoft are working on a title update that should fix the issue, and they expect it to be available in “several days.”
Thankfully, they have also announced a work-around so that all season pass holders can start downloading Smoke and Mirrors right now. Everyone who previously purchased the season pass has been sent a 25-digit code for a free download of the new episode through their console messages. Anyone who buys the season pass from here on out will also be sent a code, but there may be a delay of up to 48 hours before you receive it. Telltale states, “We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused our Season Pass customers but we are glad that we are able to provide your content to you in this way while we work closely with Microsoft to issue the necessary title update.”
