Earlier this week, Major Nelson revealed what we can expect from the Games with Gold program for September. On Xbox One we’ll be seeing Capybara Games Super Time Force, as well as a repeat of Crimson Dragon from last month. On Xbox 360, Monaco: What’s Yours is Mine will be free for the first half of September, with Halo: Reach closing out the month.

For those unfamiliar, Super Time Force is a Contra-style shooter that uses a rewinding feature that keeps ghosts from your previous plays on the screen to help beat levels. It sounds confusing, but is absolutely worth checking out and experiencing on your own. Crimson Dragon is an on-rails shooter, and spiritual successor to Panzer Dragoon. Monaco is a heist game, which can be played either solo or co-op. You must hack, lockpick, steal, and make a getaway as you would expect, but that description doesn’t do it justice. Make sure to grab a couple friends and play it once available!
