Peggle 2

Peggle 2 will not be available on Xbox One’s November 22nd launch date, but it will come soon after. Speaking to GamesBeat, Popcap senior director of PR Garth Chouteau explained, “Peggle 2 is a ‘launch timeframe’ title, but [it] will not launch day-and-date with the Xbox One — instead, it will become available a few weeks later in December.” While disappointing, this is certainly not as drastic a delay as some of the other next-gen games we’ve seen.

The original Peggle came to XBLA in 2009 and is available on most gaming platforms, but Peggle 2 is exclusive to Xbox One. The sequel sticks to the addictive bouncing mechanics of the original while adding new charming characters and powerups. You can see them in action in these videos!
