Eurogamer recently had the chance to sit down and talk to Eric Chahi, the man behind this year’s smash hit “god game”, From Dust. In the interview, Chahi tells Eurogamer that while he considers From Dust a success, a sequel to the game is not currently planned. Instead, Chahi intends to focus on something he describes as “new”, “fresh” and “ambitious”. While terms like that are often thrown around in press releases, they hold a little more meaning when spoken by a truly independent creator like Chahi. While this news may dishearten fans of From Dust hoping for more, take solace in the fact that the man behind it is dedicating himself to creating a bold new experience for his next project.
