This low-profile action platformer is actually a remake of a 16-bit classic from 1991. The pixellated original has been re-worked with minimalist smoothness. After many iterations on multiple platforms, Another World is available now for the first time on Xbox for $7.99.

Tales from Space: Mutant Blobs Attack (Xbox 360/One)

Plenty of games capture the grittiness and action of historical wars, but Valiant Hearts pays homage to the desperation and struggle of World War I beyond the entrenched soldiers. Zombie Driver Ultimate Edition (Xbox One)
