Minecraft-TU14Shot

Now that Minecraft is on more consoles than ever, it’s time for the game to expand yet again with a new update. 4J Studios has teased some changes with the screenshot above, showing new interfaces and new things in old interfaces. There’s a lot being shown off; from dyed armor to plant pots to wool carpets, there seems to be a lot coming in TU14. Co-Optimus has put into words the major parts of the new update, in case you don’t want to study the picture for an hour.

Temples have been added to the jungles and deserts, bearing great treasures for those who make it past the various booby traps. You’ll now be able to trade with villagers; give them the items they want; and they’ll give you a brand new item: emeralds. If you’re hungry, a bounty of new food options including carrots, potatoes and pumpkin pies will be available. Anvils will give players the ability to upgrade and name their gear, or recreate classic Looney Toons cartoons. While all these additions sound great, the bad news is the release date for TU14 has yet to be announced.
