Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 is the sequel to Bionic Commando Rearmed, which itself remake of the 1988 NES game. Critics generally loved the original Rearmed. It was well received by us as well. New screenshots for Moon Diver (formerly known as Nechromachina) have been released, along with an updated trailer for the game. Being developed by Feelplus and published by Square Enix it combines one part anime, one part Castlevania, and one part four player coop. Consider our interest piqued, this is definitely a game worth following. No release date has been set, but we’ll continue to report on the game as more information is released. Demiurge Studios released the first gameplay title for their game Shoot Many Robots. Joystiq also notes the title will be coming to Xbox Live Arcade. Announced back in October the game is a sidescrolling shoot em’ up for up to four players that also features light RPG elements such as weapon upgrades. The game is slated for a 2011 release, but nothing more definite than that has been revealed. Check out the attached trailer after the jump.
Rotor was released February 20, 2011 via Xbox Live Indie Games. It was developed by Pocket Starship and sells for 80MSP. A copy of the game was given for review purposes. All of the game’s aspects were explored.
Indie developers Pocket Starship have hit the XBLIG scene with their freshman release, Rotor. In the game players pilot a helicopter in a stylized open world and complete minigames which involve things such as collecting orbs or attempting to accurately fly down a specified path.
