A Boy and His Blob coming to Xbox One on January 19

A Boy and His Blob will be coming to Xbox One on January 19; the price has yet to be announced. A Boy and His Blob originally launched on the Wii in 2009 as an endearing re-imagining of the 1989 NES title A Boy and Is Blob: Trouble on Blobolonia. It was received well critically so it’s great to see that those that missed the Wii release will finally get a chance to see what all of the fuss is about.

There had been no word from either WayForward Technologies or Majesco Entertainment, the developer and publisher respectively, about a re-release of the game. But when a listing appeared, seemingly out of nowhere, on the Xbox Marketplace Majesco released an announcement trailer within hours, which can be seen below.
