What we are playing: December 11
What we are playing is a weekly column that appears each weekend. Various staff members let the world know what games had them hooked the past week and which ones they look forward to.
Steve Melton – Tried out MotorStorm: Apocalypse at GameStop while waiting on a pizza next door. EA needs to have Criterion make a game just like this, but mixed with Burnout. That’d be a day one purchase for the entire world.
Ross Adams – I finally got Skyrim this week. That’s all I can say, I’ve already wasted too much time typing this. Those Dragons won’t kill themselves!
Perry Jackson – Been playing a lot of Joe Danger: Special Edition for review which should be out shortly this week. I would start saving up your points for it just in case.
John Drawdy – This week I went back to Orcs Must Die! to finally finish up my five skull runs. Other then that, I have been addicted to Mirror’s Edge for iOS, amazingly simplistic yet still challenging.
Ryan Reynolds – Battlefield 3, Modern Warfare 3, Gears of War 3, and Halo: Reach. Had to try out those Anniversary maps. Needless to say, I’ve been shooting a lot of stuff.
Christine Mitchell – Still working my way through Oblivion and Might and Magic: Clash of Heroes. I also “played” with the new dashboard’s voice control features. It’s like the future or something!
And our winner for “What are YOU playing” on our official Twitter is @YourPalQwerty
@YourPalQwerty – Dungeon Defenders and I’m currently checking out Fusion: Genesis.
