There are a total of 10 rare cars to find in the city. You can find 5 on each side of the city (West Averno and East Averno). They are always under a makeshift-looking carport. I have highlighted the locations using a red dot on the map. You can also see a picture of the cars and their names, though nowhere in the game shows this collection; however, you can somewhat keep track utilizing the stats page. These cars allow you to get into them without needing the commandeer perk.
