Rebel Galaxy finally has an Xbox One release date, and it’s soon. The space adventure is coming to Microsoft’s console on January 13, according to a tweet from developer Double Damage Games.
Originally released October 20 on Steam, Rebel Galaxy drops players into a large, randomly generated universe in which no two star systems are the same. Double Damage bills it first and foremost as a ship-to-ship combat game, but there are also plenty of opportunities for exploration, alliance building (and breaking) and resource trading.
The game has a Metacritic average of 75 on Steam. It’s on sale there for $13.39 as of publication time, but it’s regular price is $19.99, which Double Damage says its expecting to maintain across all consoles and regions.
