Minecraft gives gifts for its second Xbox 360 birthday
Minecraft is celebrating its two-year anniversary for the Xbox 360 by giving out yet another “Birthday” skin pack. From May 8 through the 18, players can get the new pack for free, including characters from Viva Piñata and the Halo, Fable and Banjo franchises. The first birthday skin pack is also available for free during this period. Minecraft is headed to the Xbox One and 4J Studios has recently released a preview of the increased draw distance capability. The announcement that save files will be transferable is another added bonus. The only mystery that remains is a release date.
