Gamasutra recently had the chance to sit down and talk to Phil Fish from the Polytron Corporation, who are wrapping up development of their much anticipated XBLA platformer, Fez as we speak. During the interview, Fish revealed that Polytron is now collaborating with Kokoromi on the previously announced puzzle game, Super Hypercube. Originally designed to use the motion controls of the Wii, Super Hypercube has been redesigned to take advantage of the Xbox 360’s Kinect accessory. Fish told Joystiq that since its redesign, the game has changed artistically, but that the core gameplay concept remains the same. As of now, Super Hypercube doesn’t have a publisher, but Fish went on to say that Microsoft themselves are “interested” in the project. Check out the video above to get a peak at an early demo version of the game. Stay tuned to XBLAFans for more Super Hypercube coverage, assuming it makes it onto XBLA. We think and hope it will.
