Killer Instinct

The latest title update for Xbox One game Killer Instinct was released recently and includes numerous fixes, updates and new character details for the next-gen fighting game. Changes have been made to not only the game itself but also to certain online aspects of the game as well in order to improve the overall experience for the player.

For example, the newest rotating free character will be Sabrewulf, who will go on to replace Jago. The game now also has full controller support, meaning that the player can use their controller regardless of what USB port they choose to use. Similarly sign-in changes done through Kinect will no longer erase save-data as it has been said to have done in the past. In terms of in-game fixes, the in-game command list is now correct and has been updated to reflect these changes. The accessories menu screens have also been patched and updated. Similarly, Jago’s equipped accessories will now display correctly while players are in the dojo mode.

Multiple online fixes have been implemented to ensure a smoother online experience for players. For example, fixes have been made to improve the party invite system and non-Gold members can now view leaderboards for the title as well. Finally, rank events have been improved and will display a notification for both players before the match begins.
