Recently we posted that inXile Entertainment’s remake of the classic game Choplifter had been submitted for certification, so we had an idea that a release date was imminent. But it’s now official! @ChoplifterHD tweeted that Choplifter HD will be coming to XBLA January 11 2012. For those not in the know, in Choplifter HD, players take on the role of an up and coming rescue pilot asked to join the elite, international helicopter rescue team during a zombie outbreak. Check out the latest gameplay video above while we’re waiting for take off.
