Telltale has revealed when players can take up the cowl and play as Batman in Batman – The Telltale Series. The first episode, titled “Realm of Shadows,” is set to release August 2 for basically every system including Xbox One and Xbox 360. The series will be five episodes in total and will have players playing as both Batman and Bruce Wayne while making choices as both that will impact Gotham.

A retail version of the game will be releasing starting September 13 which will contain all 5 episodes via a special season pass disc, which will unlock the episodes as they release. With the announcement of a release date also comes a trailer showing off the Batman himself along with some villains sprinkled throughout the trailer. Troy Baker will be voicing Bruce Wayne along with a handful of other notable voice actors which you can hear in the trailer below.
