Shadow Planet Production’s Ryan Meyer takes us through some of the inner workings of Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet‘s camera system in this informative YouTube video. It’s an interesting insight on how to provide less on-screen UI and instead guide the player via visual cues. Also of note is the fact that the camera was intentionally pulled back from the player character (the UFO) to give the game more of a cartoon animation feel.
