Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater HD developed by Robomodo
Hot off the heels of the Spike Video Game Awards announcement of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater HD, some more details emerge on this return to form for the Hawkman. First, the game is being developed by Robomodo who’ve made Tony Hawk: Ride and Tony Hawk: Shred and the game should be about 1200 MSP ($15).
“We’ve updated many elements to reflect today’s skateboarding scene as well. Long-time fans of the series will appreciate the huge amount of polished content at a very low price” Tony Hawk said. So while it will combine the best elements of THPS 1 and 2, it’ll also have some new features. Not to mention some returning skateboarders like Eric Koston and Rodney Mullen with newcomers such as Chris Cole and Tony Hawk’s son, Riley Hawk. “Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater HD just feels right – we’re simply giving fans what they’ve been clamoring for.” said David Oxford of Activision Publishing. We’ll be tightening our trucks for the release in the summer next year.
