Microsoft spent a portion of their E3 conference giving an update on their Game Preview battle royale Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds, debuting a new trailer that showcases where the game’s been since launch and where it’ll be going in the future. First there’s the Southeast Pacific inspired Sanhok, a new map smaller in area than the previous two maps allowing for faster-paced matches. The game’s also getting a new way to play with the Deathmatch-inspired War Mode, which will include the debut of usable ballistic shields. All the aforementioned content is coming later this summer, but there’s still more coming. The trailer ends on a glimpse of another upcoming map, a snowy landscape appropriately launching this winter. There’s going to be many more ways to win chicken dinners this year; check out all this new content for yourself below.
